Another Original Parts Center was planned for Volkswagen AG at the Baunatal site, continuing the existing structure of the previously completed OTC 1–4. The urban design concept along Wolfsburger Straße is extended in the southern section by the prominent protruding stairwell. The minimalist architectural style, featuring a facade of vertical trapezoidal sheet metal cladding combined with translucent polycarbonate panels, characterizes the hall structure, which encompasses a green atrium inside.
