A building for the development and testing of heat generation systems was to be built into the existing hall structure on the existing factory premises. After the demolition of the existing hall, functions such as test stands, prototype workshop, laboratories, production and development areas with offices will be accommodated in two construction phases. The test stand hall is installed high up and forms the heart of the technical centre.
