The headquarters of sera GmbH in Immenhausen underwent extensive renovation and was transformed into a modern corporate facility. The office and administrative building, which dates back to the 1960s, was expanded with an additional floor and connected to the adjacent office and production building via a spacious glass-enclosed foyer.

Two bridges in the open entrance area connect the buildings on multiple levels and optimize internal circulation. At the same time, they promote interaction between the different divisions and strengthen communication within the company.

As part of the renovation and refurbishment work, the building envelope was upgraded for energy efficiency, and the space between the structures was transformed into a green courtyard. The building is complemented by new conference and training areas, a library, a cafeteria, and a fitness area for employees. The result is a corporate campus that combines functionality, energy efficiency, and a pleasant working environment.
