The historic facility (formerly a lung sanatorium) was converted into an open office area for 200 workplaces with a canteen and meeting rooms.
Design concept: light and air flow into the central access - the heart of the building. The rising air movement was symbolised in the form of a conical helix staircase. The high proportion of internal glazing allows the offices to “breathe” this air.
