The manufacturing building, located between the Benchmark Factory—completed in 2001—and the logistics building, is designed on two levels and includes workshop areas, a raw materials warehouse, and a waste disposal zone. The façade, featuring aluminum-colored smooth-sheet panels, reflects the site’s modern industrial architecture. The floor-to-ceiling glass-enclosed multifunctional room and the striking stairwell with a canopy accentuate the façade.
