In the northern ring area of Braunschweig, Nibelungen-Wohnbau-GmbH, in collaboration with RSE+, completed 4,675 m² of publicly subsidized housing. In two buildings, 69 apartments were created, a living-care community of the association Ambet e. V., and two shared housing units of Lebenshilfe. Embedded in attractively designed green spaces, the compact 1- to 2-room apartments as well as the family-friendly 3-, 4-, and 5-room homes offer modern and affordable housing where people of all generations and life situations—families, singles, seniors, and people in need of care and support—can find a home.
