Porsche AG is planning an extension to building 60 in a fifth building phase - BS 5, building 61 - on the site of the Eichwald industrial estate in Sachsenheim, in addition to the buildings of construction stages one to four. The urban design approach follows the existing building structures. The 3,600 m² logistics picking hall is adjoined by a high-bay warehouse in a silo design with 9,700 m² of floor space.
