For the reconstruction of the automotive systems production and administration building with the following functions:
- warehousing, dispatch
- tool manufacture, injection moulding, assembly, mechanics
- Social development administration
- Outdoor facilities with outdoor storage area. An extension of the building is possible.
The front face of the production facility is extensively glazed. Planted light wells are used to provided for natural light in the inner sections.
