Renovation and extension of the Baunatal Fire Department with a story addition and a new vehicle hall for large vehicles. The architectural and technical condition from around 1970 no longer met current requirements. A reorganization and expansion of the changing rooms for emergency personnel and youths was carried out. A new stairwell with elevator provides barrier-free access. New offices, lounge areas, and a large teaching hall supplement the space. The arrangement of the new vehicle hall, with the narrow gable end facing Ulmenstraße, urbanistically encloses the fire station area and completes the buildings of the neighboring depot.
